The great thing about remove.bg is that it only takes one click and a few seconds (literally) to remove the outline of any image. All you have to do is import the original photo and then export the cropped photo.

When to use remove.bg?

Let's say you have an image, but you don't like the background color. It just doesn't fit the design of your site. In this case, you should replace the color. The best way to do this is to remove the background, and replace it with a more suitable background (in terms of color, for example).

If you use Webflow to create your sites (which I highly recommend by the way), you just have to click on the background of the site. A bar will appear on the left. Look for the background tab, and from there, insert the cropped image. Then change the background color to the color that matches the design of the site.

Remove.bg: its limitations

Unfortunately, remove.bg has a small drawback. The quality of the cropped image is not the best (especially when you put it in close-up). The free plan is therefore only suitable for draft projects, first drafts to be sent to the client. The goal is to show them what their site could look like when it's finished.

But then, how do you deal with customers who demand good image quality (all customers are like that, actually)? I suggest you subscribe to the paid plans. To start with, subscribe to the cheapest plan (9 euros for 40 credits) as a trial. You'll get better results, but still, you'll be able to erase the background of an image in one click ;)

Conclusion
